Heirly does not authenticate items and does not render any verdict on whether an item is genuine, a reproduction, or a counterfeit. Any identification provided is an estimate based on visual characteristics visible in your photos, and is provided for informational purposes only.

Heirly Premium is offered as weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. Pricing and available tiers are displayed in the app and billed through Apple. No subscription includes a free trial.
To cancel Heirly Premium or manage your subscription:
All refund requests are processed through Apple's standard App Store refund policy. Scriptstash does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund:

Heirly stores your collection data on your device only. You are responsible for backing up your device (for example, via iCloud/device backup) if you wish to preserve your data. Uninstalling the app or losing your device without a backup will result in loss of your locally stored data. All content, features, and functionality of Heirly (including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software code) are owned by Scriptstash or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
We may discontinue or restrict access to the Service at any time, including if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Because Heirly has no accounts, "termination" generally means discontinuing your use of the app; any locally stored data remains under your control regardless.
