WhelpKeep is an iPhone app for dog breeders. It keeps heat cycles, gestation countdowns, whelping logs and per-puppy weights in one place, and works without an account.
Email [email protected]. Please include your iPhone model and iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
On your device. We do not run a server for your records and there is no WhelpKeep account.
iCloud Sync is part of WhelpKeep Pro. When it is on, your records are kept in your own iCloud account (via Apple's CloudKit) so they appear on your other devices signed in to the same Apple ID. We cannot see them. If sync seems stuck, check that you are signed in to iCloud and that iCloud Drive is enabled for WhelpKeep in Settings, then reopen the app.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose WhelpKeep and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. We cannot cancel or refund subscriptions for you; refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Nothing is deleted. Dogs and litters beyond the free tier become read-only until you resubscribe.
In the app go to More, then Settings, then Delete all data, or uninstall the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
