Tumly Premium is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription (with a 7-day free trial), and a one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing and available tiers are displayed in the app and billed through Apple.
The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. The trial is non-refundable. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will renew and you will be charged at the end of the trial period.

All refund requests are processed through Apple's standard App Store refund policy. Scriptstash does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund:

Tumly stores your health data on your device only. You are responsible for backing up your device (for example, via iCloud/device backup) if you wish to preserve your data. Uninstalling the app or losing your device without a backup will result in loss of your locally stored data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how AI features handle anonymized data.
All content, features, and functionality of Tumly (including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software code) are owned by Scriptstash or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Restroom location data used by the toilet finder is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by the ODbL for the OpenStreetMap-derived data.
We may discontinue or restrict access to the Service at any time, including if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Because Tumly has no accounts, "termination" generally means discontinuing your use of the app; any locally stored data remains under your control regardless.
Tumly is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to Scriptstash in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Your continued use of Tumly after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
