It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Tidepull does not provide medical advice of any kind. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider about your own alcohol use. Tidepull Premium is offered as a monthly subscription ($9.99/month) and an annual subscription ($59.99/year, with a 7-day free trial). Pricing and available tiers are displayed in the app and billed through Apple. Crisis Resources and core sobriety tracking are always free and never require a subscription.
The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. The trial is non-refundable. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will renew and you will be charged at the end of the trial period.

All refund requests are processed through Apple's standard App Store refund policy. Scriptstash does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund:

Tidepull stores your data on your device only. You are responsible for backing up your device (for example, via iCloud/device backup) if you wish to preserve your data. Uninstalling the app or losing your device without a backup will result in loss of your locally stored data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how AI features handle your data.
All content, features, and functionality of Tidepull (including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software code) are owned by Scriptstash or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
We may discontinue or restrict access to the Service at any time, including if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Because Tidepull has no accounts, "termination" generally means discontinuing your use of the app; any locally stored data remains under your control regardless.
Tidepull is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to Scriptstash in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scriptstash and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Tidepull or violation of these Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Your continued use of Tidepull after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
